They don’t really care how they come off to every individual because they think that they are getting away with that. They hide at home because they do not work in the office. There’s really no excuse as I talked to multiple people and was told different things every single time. But instead you made me believe that I had accepted a full-time job. You could’ve easily listed that the job was on call for every shift. But you placed an ad online for a full-time job when it is all on call is definitely being dishonest. I have a feeling they did all this just to get my information whatever they plan on doing with it. I want all that information removed from your office and the hiring companies records.

I did a full background check including fingerprints. Not only did they misadvertised the job on indeed but multiple recruiters lied and told me different things about the job. These people led me on a goose chase for six weeks making me think that I had a full-time job. The recruiters who work at manpower do nothing but lie to the public. I signed a contract, both Danfoss and Manpower agreed that the mistake was on Manpowers end and they are doing some not so good things with peoples money. Now my grievance is how is all this Legal. My own Paystub is $238.13 short, put under ********** post tax deductions in my Paystub. Well earlier today everyone working for Manpower at Danfoss was complaining about their Paystub being $200-400$ short.
Manpower had told *********************** that they would not deduct pay that was lost on their end. I was okay with that since I spoke directly to *********************** and they assured me that Manpower had spoken with them about it and both parties agreed that the mistake was on Manpowers behalf.

Things were going good for 2 months and then everyone under Manpower thats working at Danfoss received a email stating that Manpower had messed up the starting pay and that they will reduce it. At the start of my employment I signed a contract that included my pay at 17$ per hour.
